Ordering

When you place an order here on Stickerhack.com you will first receive and email stating that your order has been received and is now being “Processed”.
Once your Stickers or Vinyl Lettering have been produced you will receive a notification of “Complete” followed with Shipping/Tracking info.

Shipping

All orders ship in 1 – 5 business days: All orders are shipped either UPS or USPS. All orders over $40 ship free.
We currently do not ship internationally.

Lost or Damaged Product

If you receive any product that is damaged, please contact us at sales@stickerhack.com. We will send you a replacement after we have received the returned damaged product, and we will replace it free of charge. If your product is lost during shipment, we will do our best to replace your product as soon as possible . In order to confirm that an order has been lost, we must wait until the maximum delivery time has expired before replacing your product. We further ask that if your lost product does eventually arrive, please let us know.

Returns

1. Problems with your order must be claimed within 5 days of receipt of merchandise.
2. All returns are subject to shipping fees.
3. Absolutely no returns after 30 days.
4. Absolutely no returns of Custom Lettering. No returns of Custom Decals. Unless damaged by shipper.
5. No refunds will be issued for improperly installed graphics.

Color Disclaimer

Due to variances among color monitors the colors that appear on your screen may not be exact match to the final product.
